Everyone deserves support. I’m a provider with the Oregon Health Plan and take other forms of insurance as well. I believe everyone should have access to these services so I would love to discuss rates with you to create an option for payment that works for you.

Pregnancy and Labor Doula Support

This includes up to three 2-hour prenatal visits including childbirth education, support by email, phone, or text from when you hire me until our last postpartum visit; 24/7 phone/ text support starting 2 weeks before your due date; in-person support during labor; and two 2-hour postpartum visits.

Fertility Doula Support

If you are struggling with fertility I’d love to be part of your team. This includes in-person support at procedures and support by email, phone, and text as long as we are working together.

Childbirth Education

We can work together to craft a class designed to meet your families needs and goals, and draw on a 6 class curriculum I created to help you feel prepared and knowledgeable as you navigate your unique birth journey.

I can also be booked for group classes.

Postpartum Doula Support

I’d love to help you settle into your rhythms with your new baby. This includes helping in many ways including education and support with newborn care, help with household tasks, pet care, meal prep, sibling support, going grocery shopping for you, and support with integrating your birth story.

Abortion Doula Support

This includes in-person support at in-clinic procedures, and accompaniment during medication abortions, virtual or in-person support post-abortion, help with household tasks, talking through your experience, help with self-advocacy, and almost anything else you want support with.

Miscarriage/Stillbirth/ Infant Loss

This includes support in crafting rituals to hold and release emotions and help you connect to your loss. Help with household tasks, pet care, meal prep, sibling support, going grocery shopping, talking through the story of your loss, and almost anything else I can do to help support you.
